New Century Transportation Acquires Western Freightways
CO-based trucking company to be wholly-owned subsidiary
WESTAMPTON, NJ (December 1, 2006) - New Century Transportation, one of the industry's fastest growing carriers, recently acquired Colorado-based Western Freightways Inc. Under the arrangement, Western Freightways will operate as a wholly-owned New Century subsidiary. The acquisition took effect December 1, 2006, marking a significant expansion for the company into new markets and services.
