br> Two Straight Years of Company Growth Awards for New Century Transportation!

For the second consecutive year, New Century Transportation has been named as one of South Jersey's Fastest Growing Private Companies by the Philadelphia Business Journal. This honor ranks companies by percent of revenue growth for 2003 to 2005. Last year, New Century was recognized for surpassing the $90,000,000 mark and as one of the companies with highest revenue. This year, they were recognized for, yet again, being one of the largest employers with over 900 employees and for impressively surpassing the $100,000,000 mark.
The company's growth was due to several additions and improvements which occurred this past year. First, the company physically grew its Westhampton Headquarters in New Jersey with the expansion of 40,000 square feet of new space. Secondly, with the purchase of an 80,000 square foot temperature controlled warehouse in Willingboro, NJ. This additional space led to more employees and services for any clients that require temperature controlled environments for their product. Not to be forgotten was the reward program for over 20 years of driving safely with no accidents which saw two stellar drivers - James Aguilar and Raymond Birkmire "Birk" both receive a $20,000 safety bonus check. Finally, the opening of a new terminal in Duncan, South Carolina which services the "Greenville/Spartanburg" transportation lane provided even more flexibility to their levels of service.
